I founded T S Europe because the freight industry had a communication problem. My belief was that customers should hear about a delay from their logistics partner before they hear about it from their own customer. It started with a £7,500 bank loan. The first year was sales calls, trucks, invoices and very little structure. I made mistakes. I learned from most of them.

When I hire, I look for two things: competence and character. Both matter equally. The culture that results is what I am proudest of. On occasion, every member of this team has gone beyond what was asked — not because it was expected, but because they care about the outcome for the customer.

We have worked with Aldi for eight years. Volume has grown every year. That relationship shaped who we are and opened doors with other major retailers. We have also turned down work when the fit was not right. A relationship built on the wrong foundations rarely serves either side well. What I want for every client is the same outcome: not a transaction, but a relationship that gets better year after year.
