Logistics that gets better every week, not just every time something goes wrong.
Every week, we review every shipment where anything did not go to plan, every time you needed to contact us for an update, and every invoice. Problems get removed before they reach you. Here is what that looks like in practice.

You are not alone. And it is not inevitable.
- You find out about problems after they have already affected your customers
- You regularly contact your logistics provider to ask for updates they should have sent
- The same problems keep recurring because nobody is looking for the pattern
- Your invoices do not always match what was agreed or what was delivered
- You have been told recurring delays are unavoidable when they are not
You've probably accepted some of this as normal. It's not.
A driver who is consistently late to a particular warehouse. A shipment update that always comes a day late. An invoice that does not quite match what was agreed. Each one gets dealt with when it surfaces. None of them get fixed at the root.
The result is a service that stays at roughly the same level of frustration year on year. You keep accepting small disruptions because they are familiar. We think that is the wrong way to run logistics.
We run a structured weekly review that finds those patterns and removes them before they become your problem. That is how we make the service measurably better every month.
Here is how we make sure it does not happen to you.
Three things are reviewed internally every week without exception. Not when you raise an issue. Not when a target is missed. Every week, before you ever notice a problem.
Shipment Performance
Every shipment where anything at all did not go to plan is recorded and reviewed on a weekly internal call. Not just failed deliveries — any deviation. This surfaces patterns that individual operators would never catch alone. When a driver started arriving late twice a week at a particular port collection point, our review identified it. We changed the booking slot. The problem did not recur.
Customer Contact Rate
Every time you contact us to ask for something — a status update, an ETA, a document — it is recorded. The target is zero. When you have to ask, it means we should have told you first. We track this weekly and address every contact that should not have been necessary. Most logistics providers see client contact as a sign of good relationships. We see it as a signal something failed.
Invoice Accuracy
Invoice accuracy is reviewed alongside delivery performance every week. Discrepancies are raised and resolved before they become disputes. What you are charged reflects what was delivered.
A service where problems get removed before they reach you. Where your invoice reflects what was delivered. Where you never have to chase an update. Not because something went wrong and you had to tell us — because we found it first.
“We don’t just solve problems, we work to understand what caused them and then implement solutions so they don’t occur again.”
Two problems our clients had stopped expecting to fix.
These are not exceptional cases. They are the kind of problem the Weekly Review surfaces regularly — patterns that most providers never find because nobody is looking for them.
The A20 roadworks nobody flagged
A delivery point came up as late two days running in our Weekly Review. The cause turned out to be roadworks on the A20 — works that would be in place for another six months. We moved the collection slot earlier at the port. The driver arrived early every day after that. The client never had to raise the problem because our review caught it first.
The container delays everyone said were unavoidable
A client had been told for years that late container deliveries were the shipping line’s fault and there was nothing to be done. We did not accept that. We met with the heads of the shipping lines, negotiated the ability to nominate a specific approved haulier, and agreed priority offloading, daily KPI reviews, and direct updates. The result was linehaul pricing with an own-vehicle level of service. The delays the client had been told were unavoidable stopped.

The same team who runs your shipment reviews your shipment.
The Weekly Review is not a separate quality function. It is run by the same operations team that manages your freight every day. When the review flags a pattern, the person who booked the original shipment is in the room. That is how problems get fixed rather than logged.
T S Europe has been running UK and European freight since 2016. The weekly review process has been in place since the beginning. Every person who joins the team is trained on it before their first shipment.
